2. Description of Service

Our platform connects customers who need moving services ("Customers") with professional movers ("Movers") through a bidding system. Customers can post moving jobs for free, and Movers can submit bids for free. Contact information is revealed to Customers upon payment of a $5 connection fee.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Account Creation

• Users must create an account to access certain features
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service

3.2 Account Types

• Customer Accounts: For individuals or businesses seeking moving services
• Mover Accounts: For licensed moving companies and professional movers

4. Customer Terms

4.1 Job Posting

• Customers may post moving job requests at no charge
• Job postings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading
• Customers must provide sufficient detail for Movers to submit informed bids
• We reserve the right to remove job postings that violate these Terms

4.2 Connection Fee

• A $5 fee is required to access Mover contact information and finalize connections
• Payment must be made through our secure payment processor
• The connection fee is non-refundable once contact information is revealed
• Payment of the connection fee does not guarantee service completion

4.3 Customer Responsibilities

• Verify Mover credentials, licenses, and insurance independently
• Communicate directly with Movers regarding service details
• Pay Movers directly according to agreed terms
• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information

5. Mover Terms

5.1 Bidding Process

• Movers may submit bids on posted jobs at no charge
• Bids must be accurate and reflect actual service costs
• Movers cannot modify bids once submitted unless explicitly allowed
• Multiple bids on the same job are permitted

5.2 Mover Requirements

• Must maintain valid business licenses as required by local law
• Must carry appropriate insurance coverage
• Must provide accurate business information and credentials
• Responsible for all services provided to Customers

5.3 Contact Information Disclosure

• Contact details remain hidden until Customer pays connection fee
• Once revealed, Movers must respond to Customer inquiries promptly
• Direct communication and service arrangements are between Mover and Customer

6. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent the connection fee system
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post spam, duplicate listings, or irrelevant content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Connection Fees

• All connection fees are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Fees are charged in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment confirmation is required before contact information is released

7.2 Refund Policy

• Connection fees are non-refundable once contact information is disclosed
• Refunds may be considered in cases of technical error or Service malfunction
• Disputes regarding actual moving services are between Customer and Mover

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Intellectual Property

• User-generated content remains the property of the respective user

• By posting content, users grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content
• Users represent that they have the right to grant such licenses
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law

11. Termination

• Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination
